INGREDIENTS

4 ounces rigatoni pasta

2 teaspoons olive oil

1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon pepper

2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese

1 tablespoon parsley

1/2 cup pasta sauce

1/4 cup mascarpone cheese

1 teaspoon minced garlic

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

DIRECTIONS

1. Boil rigatoni according to the package directions. Drain and rinse with cold water. Transfer to a mixing bowl.

2. Add olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to the cooked rigatoni and toss to coat.

3. Transfer seasoned rigatoni the Airfryer basket. Start the device with the indicated time and temperature. For best results, shake basket every 4 minutes and cook until golden brown. Cook for 13 minutes at 400 degrees. 

4. Once pasta chips have cooked, sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese and fresh parsley (chopped) to lightly coat.

5. Prepare a creamy tomato dipping sauce by placing pasta sauce, mascarpone cheese, minced garlic, and Italian seasoning in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave in 30-second intervals, just until warm enough to fold the cheese into the pasta sauce. Serve alongside the finished pasta chips, for dipping.
