With an experienced and great team! Anson Williams, best known for his role on Happy Days, had the 100-calorie idea, based on his own need to stay fit and still be able to eat the foods he loved. He partnered with Mona Dolgov, experienced nutritionist, culinary expert, award-winning cookbook author and product expert for the food and appliance industry, and Bob Warden, New York Times best selling cookbook author and retired TV cooking personality.
