INGREDIENTS
3 tablespoons gluten-free flour
1/2 cup warm water
1 tablespoon raw sesame seeds
1 teaspoon honey
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
2 bananas, peeled and cut in half, slit in half
1 1/2 tablespoons shredded coconut, unsweetened
Chocolate Sauce
2 1/2 tablespoons nut milk
1/6 cup 60% cacao chocolate chips (20 chocolate chips)
DIRECTIONS
Preheat Airfryer to 330 degrees. In a large bowl, combine flour, water, sesame seeds, honey and cinnamon to create a loose paste. Add an extra teaspoon water, if needed, to create batter-like consistency.
Coat each banana piece into the batter, then dip into shredded coconut.
Spray each piece with cooking spray, and spray the air fryer basket.
Place bananas into cooking basket, and air fry for 8-10 minutes. Check bananas half way and flip over.
While bananas are cooking, heat milk on medium heat and bring to a simmer (bubbling on sides).
Remove milk from heat and add chocolate chips. Mix until combined.
Drizzle 1 tablespoon chocolate sauce over each banana.
